Deep Tissue - Massage that involves deep pressure, deep strokes and passive stretching to enhance the bodies flexibility and muscle balance. PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Stretching - PNF stretching is a specific flexibility protocol that uses a combination of isometric contractions and partner-assisted stretching techniques. Hot Stone - Heated Basalt stones are placed onto specific points on the body such as the back, hands and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles. The heat of the stones warm and relax the muscles, which allows for deeper pressure, if desired. Reiki - a gentle touch therapy, focusing on the body’s energy system, with the goal being to balance, calm and restore the body’s energetic balance. Biofield Tuning: Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that uses the biofeedback produced by tuning forks to relax the body and balance the aura.
