🍂✨ Have a child starting preschool this fall?

Try not to stress about “school readiness” this summer. Try not to push counting or the ABCs.

Instead, aim for a movement-rich summer, with plenty of rolling down grassy hills, burying feet in the sand, and mastering monkey bars. These activities may not look academic from afar, but they’re actually perfect ways to prepare children's bodies for school.

If you’re looking for developmental movement support before your child’s first day in the classroom, check out Healing Movement for Kids today. ❤️🧠

👶💛 Have a new baby at home?

The first three months after birth are often called “the fourth trimester.” During this tender time, your baby will rely deeply on your closeness, your voice, and your calming presence.

As your baby adjusts to the world, you are healing, shifting, and learning, too. It’s so important to care for yourself as you care for them.

Here are a few gentle reminders to carry with you:

🌙 Sleep when your baby sleeps
🛁 Take warm baths to soothe your body
💧 Stay hydrated—drink plenty of water
🥑 Eat small, frequent meals with healthy fats and proteins
🌬 Take long, deep breaths
👣 Move gently—stretch, sway, or take a short walk
🤝 Rely on your support system—you are not meant to do this alone

You’re doing the most important work there is—nurturing life, love, and connection. One slow, beautiful day at a time. 💛
