The remedies will include first aid options + immune, sleep, and digestive support. You will have the opportunity to select your own beautifully crafted pouch and fill it with your favorites. We will take a slow paced walk with lots of stops to talk about the plants that are currently thriving. The location of the plant walk will be in South Minneapolis and shared a day or two before the walk to ensure that there is plenty to talk about.
