Festina Lente was a motto adopted by emperors Augustus and Titus, and the Medicis. Following the law of polarity, translated it means ~make haste slowly~ or accomplish something urgent over time. When it comes to looking good naked, this is the most important principle. Give your body/altar human appropriate food and movement everyday. Raise the Standard slowly. Bodies need time* to change and understand the new status quo.

Super Natural ~ Super Physical
Super meaning “on top” of your natural body. Grab the reigns and do things everyday that make you more you. What do you want/need? I want to (ski) race this winter 🖤 and I don’t want to break a wrist. 🚫 So I’m taking baby steps by working my wrist mobility and strength. Do what you do consistently and your body will follow. Fall is the “work hard - play hard” time of year. Start something hard by getting high off the rhythm of the seasons. Yolking up can be tricky, but then you can surrender yourself to the harvest. By winter your sun/god will leave you to hibernate and dream, making plans for the breaking spring and summer splendor...
I promise it feels better to be a modern elf or a telepathic barbarian than a deworlded drone. Sucking of the sap reigns in the mind, expands the spirit, and the body R E F L E C T S !
