What if your symptoms weren’t random—but part of a pattern?
So often we’re taught to fix, manage, or get rid of what we’re feeling.
But the body doesn’t work in isolated pieces.
It works as a whole system—constantly adapting, responding, and communicating.
This is the beginning of a new series: The Whole Within
Each month, I’ll explore one part of the body—and how it connects to everything else.
We’re starting with the foundation: the nervous system.
Because underneath so many patterns—tension, pain, fatigue, that feeling of always being “on”—is one core question your body is asking:
Am I safe?
And the answer shapes everything.
This week, instead of trying to fix something, just notice.
Where do you hold tension most often?
What happens to your breath when you’re stressed?
When do you feel even a small sense of ease?
That’s where the work begins.
