I recently combined my two worlds—McFerson Chiropractic + AlignWell Astrology—on one scheduling page. ✨
Chiropractic has taught me so much about physical misalignment, and astrology has opened me to the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers that shape our lives too. Both practices are different lenses for the same goal: helping us AlignWell.
Curious about astrology? I’d love to share a reading with you. And if it’s not your thing, that’s wonderful too—I’m just grateful for this connection. 🌙

We’re excited to highlight our friendly neighbors, Constellation Acupuncture and Healing Arts, this month! This women-owned clinic provides LGBTQ+ and size-inclusive care, just a stone’s throw from us here in Northeast. I met these women when we overlapped with our studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University a decade ago. Amy gave me one of my very first acupuncture treatments in our student-run clinic and I was thrilled to reconnect and see all the great work she’s doing now. - https://mailchi.mp/6c905166b58f/look-no-further

McFerson Chiropractic turns 10! Thank you to all the patients I’ve had the privilege of treating, the friends who’ve been my biggest cheerleaders, and my family, who always remind me to keep the main thing, the main thing. Cheers to another 10 years!

Unlike traditional chiropractors who focus on decreasing muscles spasms, increasing range of motion, and reducing pain, at McFerson Chiropractic we focus on the structural correction of the spine.
As a doctor that focuses on structural correction, our goal is to look for underlying structural shifts in the spine. No different than a structural engineer looking for a crack in the foundation of a house. Underlying shifts in the house can cause windows that get stuck, floors to creak, and walls that crack.
Likewise, the same structural shifts in the spine can result in a series of secondary conditions, or what you might refer to as symptoms. Some of these secondary conditions include: low back pain, neck pain, headaches, numbness and tingling.
At Mcferson Chiropractic we measure everything objectively, not relying on touch and feel, to determine the presence of structural shifts of the spine. By doing so we can confidently locate the primary cause of a patient's symptoms and explain the details of their unique condition.
In our office, a consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. Whether you’ve been to traditional chiropractors in the past and want to learn more about Structural Chiropractic, or you have no history of chiropractic care, the consultation will give you a chance to sit down with the doctor and see if McFerson Chiropractic is a good fit for your needs.
