Dear Patients,
At present, we plan to remain open for scheduled patient appointments during our regular clinic hours. This may change at any time given the nature of the COVID-19 outbreak; stay tuned for more info.
Protecting and helping our patients improve their health is our top priority. Due to COVID-19, please answer these questions before your appointment:
1. Do you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or flu-like symptoms?
2. Have you traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days? (Most notably to China, Italy, Iran, Japan, or South Korea)
3. Have you been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
4. Have you been in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness, who has recently traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days before their symptoms started?
If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these, please call us at 612-522-9536 or email drj@culturalchiropractic.com to discuss and reschedule your visit. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
We are taking extra in-office measures to help reduce your risks, including, but not limited to:
• increased frequency of office cleaning/sanitizing, especially in high-traffic areas.{This includes treatment tables, but feel free to give them an extra wipe down yourself if you prefer (approved disinfecting wipes are in each treatment room);
• lots of soap in the bathroom – please use with warm/hot water!;
• removal of all magazines, books, toys -sorry these are difficult to keep clean;
• doing our best to get you in for your treatment as soon as possible.
We will be trying to space out appointments as much as possible.
We will do our very best to help you improve your health and to keep you in the loop if there are any changes to our schedule, etc.
