Chaos to Peace.
It's time to take a look at this. I'll be popping in videos through out the month of simple ways and big ways we can move from chaos to peace. I'm not letting chaos and fear take away my power and the ability to create positive change in myself and my family and my world. I also know that it's easier to do with others in community. Don't let yourself feel isolated and alone. You are not.

Hello! One of the most powerful and accessible places where I completely recharge, reset and heal is just a few hours from me. In the BWCA (Boundary Waters Canoe Area)

I have been going into the BWCA for over 30 years and lead my own women's retreats for the last few years because it is a place that allows for connection, clarity, peace, joy and transformation from what I'm ready to leave behind to what's waiting for me.

I LOVE helping others get up there. Back when I taught the REI classes I noticed how many folks really wanted to go but didn't because of fear and self doubt. I get it! Its back country, often very new skills needed and new gear and there is a lot of unknown and without ability to phone a friend, can be daunting. If I can answer some of those questions to get you to confidently and with knowledge, get up there this year, I'm here for that! It's my passion and I'm on a mission!
