Political Stress Resiliency Support Group
A virtual support group for progressive and liberal adults who identify as LGBTQIA+ and our allies. Share intentional space with like-minded kindreds and discuss the personal toll of the trauma, chaos, inhumaneness, and instability of the current social-political climate.
Learn key strategies to fortify and sustain your resiliency. Identify a resistance-related goal. Develop a concrete Resistance and Resiliency Action and Wellness Plan.
Support each other over these next few months as the disturbing social-political dynamics continue to unfold.

Group size: Up to 9 people. | Confidential.
When: Starts in late April 2025 | Thursdays, 430-6p CST | 8 weeks (with option to continue up to 12 weeks.)
