Some of our patients have been under care at Ambiente for over 10+ years 🤯 We are so happy to be able to be here for them throughout every stage of life they are going through!

Konya has been here for 11 years and she says what keeps her coming back is that Ambiente and Dr. Courtney are an integral part of her overall health, wellness and self care. 🧠✨ Health Obsessions: Immunity Edition ✨🧠 This month we’re talking all things immunity and how your brain controls it all. When communication between the brain and body slows down, your immune system can’t function properly.

Here’s the important part: decreased mobility can actually disrupt that brain–body messaging. When we have decrease joint motion your brain can’t communicate with your body and your immune system will take a hit as a result of that.

☀️ 💊 Health Obsessions: Immunity Edition 💊 ☀️
This month we’re diving into all things immunity, and if your week looked anything like ours, you did not get much outside time in these subzero temps 🥶. Minnesota winters mean shorter days and far less sunlight - AKA less natural vitamin D.

Vitamin D helps activate key immune cells and supports both our innate and adaptive defenses, so we make it a priority in the office to keep levels supported through the darker months.
