Looking for a day time option to get the kids active, brining their activities off the couch and into the gym??

Introducing TCOM Athlete Prep Program

➡️ This is a great daytime option for families who have full evening calendars with sports, activities, commitments, and are looking for something during the day.

Who’s It For: Kids Ages 7-12.

How Long: 4 weeks

When: June 8, June 15, June 22, June 29(9:00-10:00am)

Cost: $179.

What You’ll Get:
• 4 • 60 min in person small group training: Mondays 9-10am.
• A progressive 3x/week program that can optionally be followed at home on your own in addition to the 4 sessions.

✅Goal: Bring Fun To Youth Speed & Agility Training. Get Kids Out of the House & Moving Around! Teach Sprint Confidence, Safe Stopping,
Jumping Control and Basic Strength Patterns.
