Catholic Eldercare residents had a blast celebrating the end of summer with their annual “Great Eldercare Get Together!” They had fair favorite foods & games, listened to live music at the Grand Stand and made memories in the Photo Booth!

Catholic Eldercare stands in prayerful solidarity with the Annunciation Catholic School and Parish community following yesterday’s tragic shooting. Our residents and staff gathered at Our Lady of Perpetual Help shrine to pray the Rosary, dedicating it to the children, families, educators, and parishioners impacted by this heartbreaking event. Our hearts and prayers remain with all who are grieving and we seek God’s peace in the midst of this sorrow.

This past Thursday our Albert J Hofstede Care Center residents displayed their incredible artwork for staff, family, and other residents. The residents displayed their paintings, drawings, needle work, books, and poems. We are so proud of our incredibly talented residents!"

Main Street Lodge residents got to experience the Trishaw rides, too! We heard laughter and saw lots of happy smiles upon their return. Everyone enjoyed the experience so much. Thanks to Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for this wonderful afternoon.

Yesterday Catholic Eldercare residents had the opportunity to take a ride around Nicollet Island on these special Trishaw bikes made by Cycling Without Age.
Everyone had fun enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, thanks to the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board.
