An important reminder:

11/21/2021

It can be SO easy to forget about boundaries during the holidays, especially if you're spending time with family that you don't normally see other times of the year. But remember - it is always okay to take care of you first. You're the only one that knows what you need and can reliably respond to those needs.

Health insurance benefits can be super confusing 😕 Open enrollment is happening right now, so good to be thinking about your healthcare needs!

Ask these questions to find out whether your plan will help cover your therapy costs.

But--who do you ask? You can call the number on the back of your insurance card.

Sometimes you can find the answers by looking at your plan documents...if you know how to decipher them!

Decoding insurance benefits is actually one of the bonus modules in my new course on finding your ideal therapist: https://www.tothegrowlery.com/find-your-ideal-therapist
