Congratulations to Michelle Johnson who recently received the 2025 Impact Award from the M Health Fairview Parent and Family Advisory Council!

This annual award recognizes an individual, team or department who exemplifies exceptional service and a deep commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Michelle is a Sr. Patient Representative at the Katie Hageboeck Children's Cancer Research Fund Clinic. The families who nominated Michelle described her as warm, welcoming and remarkably relatable. She remembers patients and families by name, goes out of her way to acknowledge and engage with both children and their parents and consistently takes the time to make each person feel seen and valued.
