2° ♌Sun, Leo representing Hollywood, performing arts, acting, drama, the stage, popularity, the heart.... Opposite 2° Pluto♒, representing a wave of deaths reported across social media. Aquarius also rules over neurological diseases like Parkinsons. Add ♏ Lilith to the mix with her treacherous waters. ♈ Chiron ruling over, trauma, pain, and afflictions.

Whatever the cause of death, just know it wasn't random timing. Each of these individuals had some sort of planetary interaction occurring between their personal chart and these transits. Just wait til eclipse season in September. It will happen again. It always does. Although, it's not always widely reported. You may see it on your timeline regarding family and friends, or that of people you know. Pay attention.

The remodeling process is going really well, meaning that the bone tissue is already forming to bridge the gap of the fibular fracture. You can also see how the gap from the tibiofibular joint separation or dislocation is closing in, and how the fibula is now touching the talus once more. The ankle is stiff, but I can walk on it freely without strain or increased swelling and being able to work again is a big relief. Of course, I'll continue to baby it so it keeps steadily healing without interruptions, but I'm elated to be healing so fast in a relatively short time with all things considered: degree of damage, and current age (43). Consenting to a cast would have been the worst thing possible. The ankle would have healed terribly without the application of orthopedic techniques, strengthening exercises, and therapeutic mobilization. I am such a nerd about anatomy, physiology, and naturopathy! This stuff gets me excited, because the body is amazing! 😁

Practicing corrective equine therapy with frequency has been an amazing experience for me. I can only imagine how a camel would respond. He's goofy! 🤪 🐎🐪😂

Notice the curve or bend at the ankle. It's not just swelling. It's a structural dysfunction due to traumatic injury. This is what I've been working on correcting with manual manipulations since the date of injury, and although there's a lot more work to do I'm super grateful for the results thus far.

This is why I emphasize how important it is to maintain mobility after an accident like this without aggravating the injury. The radiologist urged me to immobilize completely, but can you imagine the long term pain and dysfunction that would persist if I just let the bone and tissue heal in a wrenched position like that? I've been doing this injury rehab work long enough to know better. My work is not over yet, but it's straightening out pretty well and I'm looking forward to a full recovery as if it never even happened!

𝗠𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝘄𝗸𝘀! 🦶🏽🤯💪🏽
Me: wishing I had someone to work on me the way I work, but grateful I can do it myself. I was walking within 10 days post traumatic injury, and it just keeps getting stronger by the day. This is the power of accelerated healing with frequency+ orthopedic therapy.

On Tues, June 17th I had an accident on the bottom 3 steps and broke my ankle. I did not know that I had fractured my right fibula and separated the tibiofibular joint as I crawled back up the stairs on my knees in agony. Obviously, I wasn't going anywhere.

On Wed, June 25th, after 8 days of around the clock therapy treatments on myself I was able to borrow some crutches and go in for an X-ray. 🩻 Every day there were improvements, but I was still unable to step on that foot with any weight. The radiologist said that it would take at least 8 more weeks to heal for a 43yr old woman.

In my mind I gave myself a 2wk deadline. Life doesn't stop for an injury. Within 2 days of that visit I was taking my first steps with crutches, and 2 days after that I was taking my first steps WITHOUT crutches. Since then my ankle continues to be stronger, and increase in flexibility and range. This is why it's so important to maintain mobility of a joint for it to actually heal properly without weakness, and to prevent future muscular skeletal issues. The latest video posted was taken yesterday at 15 days post traumatic injury. I've been doing this rehabilitation work for 20yrs, but I am in perpetual awe and amazement of the healing capabilities of the human body!

Now, don't get me wrong. I am not at 100%. I would not dare walk around town shopping, take a stroll on the sandy beach, or push my limitations in any way. Currently, despite my restless state, I remain mostly bed bound, focused and intent on continuously healing and taking every prevention to not reinjure. When I start moving around more, or go on that plane trip, I will definitely be wearing a splint for protection. I will be bringing my crutches to bear weight and give my ankle a rest as needed. It is still delicate and vulnerable, but strengthening rapidly and I CAN WALK! Which means I'm ALMOST ready to work again! And that's a MIRACLE!

It's a reason to celebrate, to share, to document in medical journals and research, because this speed of recovery is unheard of even with kids and it's not limited to broken bones. Society needs to know that we have options, that when you break you don't have to stay broken, that many surgeries are preventable and even unnecessary, that the way we see medical intervention needs to be revolutionized, and that the body is designed to heal ITSELF expeditiously if given the right environment and care.

So, I'm sharing my story! I'm sharing my personal testimony, and I'm happy to share my knowledge and expertise with the world to help my fellow humans. I'm also eager to share my work with other medical professionals, do clinical trials, educational classes, etc, and I welcome progressive collaborations that will positively impact more people. Feel free to ask me any questions!

15 Fascinating Facts About the Horse's Heart and Its Emotional Connection with Humans:

The heart of an average adult horse weighs about 4–5 kg — nearly 10 times heavier than a human heart.

A horse's resting heart rate is around 28–40 beats per minute, but it can rise up to 240 during stress or intense activity.

The horse's heart is incredibly powerful — it can pump over 60 liters of blood per minute during running.

Human emotions can affect a horse's heart rate. Studies show that horses "read" human moods and mirror them.

During calm interaction, the heart rates of the human and horse can synchronize — a phenomenon known as bioelectrical resonance.

Horses sense a person's presence even before physical contact — their heart reacts to energy changes nearby.

A horse's heart generates a strong electromagnetic field, capable of transmitting emotional signals to other horses and even people.

Horses have a highly developed parasympathetic system, allowing them to calm down quickly in a safe environment.

A handler’s anxiety or fear can trigger stress in the horse — even if no real threat is present.

During cuddling or quiet companionship, a horse’s heartbeat slows down — a clear sign of trust.

Young horses experience emotional “storms” more frequently — much like humans, their hearts and nervous systems are still developing.

Trauma can leave an "emotional imprint" on a horse's heartbeat, even long after physical recovery.

Horses have the ability for emotional healing — kind and caring human contact can stabilize their heartbeat.

The horse’s heart is often seen as a symbol of deep intuition — horses can "feel" intentions before a word is spoken.

Scientific studies confirm that the emotional bond between human and horse is not a myth — it's a real physiological interaction of hearts, which can even have healing effects
