The bolsters are 30 inches long and 30 inches in circumference - this is the turquoise one in the photo. Pranayama pillows are 28 inches long and 15 inches around and are designed to lie under the spine to assist with opening the chest and breathing fully - this is the maroon one in the photo. These are the dimensions of the props used at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in India. Eyebags are 8 1/2 by 2
1/2 inches and filled with flax seeds and lavender for relaxation benefits. Fabric is 100% cotton and available in various solid colors and prints.
