Oracle Card Friday: Reveal
1) Dawn: New Beginnings. It can often be difficult to tell the end from the beginning, the light from the dark, or even the sky from the ground. Sometimes we get caught up in the chaos and it seems like there is no end. However, there is always a definitive beginning and an end. Whatever you have been struggling with, the end is finally in sight. However, you need to make adjustments and still strive to break this cycle so that you may start a new and healthier one. At this time, things should be getting easier and more options should now be visible to you. Do what you can to break old habits, end toxic relationships, and to start fresh with the information you learned from your past endeavors. You may need to step outside of your natural comfort zone to achieve what you desire. Keep your eye on the prize and make small attainable goals to help you achieve your big, overall goal.
2) Eagle: Communion. This is a reminder that we are all one and we are all connected. Not just person to person, but to all matter in existence, living or not. Take some time to meditate in a quite spot and feel the life around you. Things like plants, animals, insects, even the Earth itself have messages for us. Take some time to listen to these messages. You may have been recently caught up in only thinking about yourself and not realizing the impact of your actions, words or even thoughts on everyone and everything around you. We all make mistakes and can be selfish from time to time even if we do not realize it. By taking the time to meditate and to listen more than speak, your heart and mind will start to open up. You may even start to see things in a new perspective that can help you or others around you.
3) Lake: Stillness. We live in a fast pace world filled with different technology and people that are all biding for our attention. It can often be difficult to put these things aside and to simply be in the moment. However, that is exactly what you need right now, quiet time that is away from all the craziness of modern life. If you can take some time to really decompress away from your phone, computer, coworkers, family and friends, take a few moments to come back to center while in the stillness of nature, you will feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Ready to take on whatever life has to throw at you. Find a place in nature that really speaks to you, like a garden, a forest, a river or a lake. It does not need to be dead quiet, but it should at least be some place that is not loud with traffic, swells of people, or heavy machinery doing construction work. If you cannot get to a quiet place in nature, then make a quiet place within your home. Make a corner, or room into a comfy haven that you can escape to and relax in. If you have noisy roommates or family members, calmly explain to them that you need some quiet time to decompress and relax. If you can manage to do this, you will start to feel more connected to Mother Earth rather than being a slave to technology.
