Parking Reminder for Patients and Visitors coming into HCMC.
The Minnesota Vikings are playing the Baltimore Ravens at US Bank Stadium today at NOON. Please allow extra time for parking.
For our family's who have questions our phone number is 612-873-4104 or thinking about coming in to be seen in L&D triage please allow extra time for parking.
Patients and Visitors – Tell the parking attendant at the entrance that you are a patient. You will be given a ticket to use at the exit. Patients and visitors must request a voucher in the clinic or unit and use the voucher at the pay station before exiting.
1. Insert the entrance ticket. (The event charge will appear.)
2. Insert the Yellow Patient Rate Switch voucher. (The rate will now switch to your normal patient hourly rate.)
3. Make payment via credit card.
4. $20 for 20 Exit vouchers and Blue full validation vouchers will cover the whole parking fee.
5. Please note: Payments can be made at the pay on foot machine on skyway level or the exit lane. (Exit lane only accepts credit card)

Twin Cities Marathon October 5th
On Sunday, October 5, the Twin Cities Marathon will start on 6th Street, just outside of the Purple Parking Ramp. Roads will begin to close at 4am Sunday, and reopen by 1pm Sunday.

The Purple Parking Ramp will be accessible using the tunnel entrance on 7th St, as 6th St will be completely closed.

The Emergency Department and other campus buildings will be accessible south of 6th St, with the numbered Avenues, Portland, Park, and Chicago all closed near US Bank Stadium and Downtown East Commons Park.

The bus stop on 6th St outside of the Purple Building will also be rerouted.

Light Rail service will continue, but may be delayed due to congestion near the US Bank Stadium platform.
