Your Exist-Sensual Body Holistic Wellness - YES Body Love Living your Life, In your Body. Personal Training and Coaching for being fully alive! I am a personal trainer/wellness coach. This is my passion.

I help people go after their dreams, both in body and in life. My personal training is unique in that I won't give you sets and reps, and when we talk nutrition I won't tell you how many calories to eat. My philosophy is more directed at finding the joy in living. In being in a body. In living this life as though possibilities are endless, but with an honest understanding of getting through what I call "the tunnel."

Home again. It’s always hard to come back after amazing travel adventures and the culture shock can be rough at times…like I’m still looking to put toilet paper in the trash after going to the bathroom because in Guatemala and Mexico that is protocol, their plumbing can’t handle it…And gawking at the prices of all the tropical fruits that I was living on, or first time filling up my gas tank (ouch$$$)
But I’m feeling super thankful for the life decisions I have made and the friends I have in my life.
Grateful for it all. So much love for this life and still beaming from all the sun I have soaked up🌞 and sharing all my joy with others. Feels soooo Good.💕💜💕
