I’ve had a handful of clients tell me how they were kind of intimidated by the pictures of everyone flexing and posing.

I’m for everyone and anyone. Except for people who don’t respect me as a human and only see me as a business.

I’m a real person just like anyone else and make mistakes and if your going to put business first before myself than don’t bother coming in. Go to massage envy.

The lymphatic system is super important in our bods. 🌟 It helps remove waste and toxins, fights off infections, and keeps our immune system strong.

When it comes to pain, the lymphatic system can play a role. If there's inflammation or swelling, the lymphatic system kicks into gear to drain excess fluid and reduce pain. But it can also get stuck. That’s where lymphatic drainage comes in handy.

I’ve been doing this for a while. I’ve worked on a ton of people and have so had a lot of different people work on me. One of the simplest things I’ve learned through the years is that when working on someone, PATIENCE is the most important. As a body care specialist we need to slow down. Take your time. And if you think you’re going slow already there’s always room to slow down a little more. Remember we are trying to heal the body, and healing can’t be rushed holistically. Healing the body takes time and a continuous effort everyday. Every single person is fighting off disease, sickness and pain everyday.

How deep do you like it?

Or how much depth can you handle.

A lot of people think they like depth until they actually have to swim in the deep end.

Remember being your true self makes other people around you feel uncomfortable.

When someone comes along and doesn’t fit the mold it makes people uncomfortable.

They will say things they don’t mean and do things they will regret later.

Keep being yourself and and stay true to what god has planned for you.

The power of cupping!!

I’ve never seen anything like this in my years of using the cups.

But this is a prime example of what the cups actually are doing.

By providing negative pressure they are pulling toxins out of the skin.

These cupping blisters are the result of stagnant fluids stuck in the back.

The body never seizes to amaze me!! 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
