Reiki is the art of channeling Universal Life Energy into the client to amplify the clients own self healing process. Reiki energy work is focused on your energy body, which can help you physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. This is a no touch form of Reiki, where the client lays comfortably on a
Reiki (massage) table fully clothed and covered in a light blanket if the client desires. All the client is required to do during the session
is relax! Sometimes the client feels effects during the session, sometimes after, or over the next few days. Each Reiki experience can be different, even for the same client.

Tarot is often viewed as a tool for divination, but that doesn't need to be the case. It can also be used for self-reflection. Every situation in your life can be represented by the cards and their combinations in spreads. Looking at a single card, or a card layout, can give you a starting point for seeing where you are with an honest lens. If you are curious about tarot but uncertain about divination, this is an excellent way to learn and explore this creative modality from an insightful perspective. If you don't have cards, decks will be available to borrow or purchase. Beginning Tarot in Minneapolis on Saturday, Jan 3 and 10 from 10:00am-2:00pm both days. Blessed Yule everyone! I was outside last night looking at the stars and this morning for the sunrise. We enter the cave of winter, the darkest season. Take time to observe the quieting of the season, which definitely goes against what society is encouraging this time of year. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, take your time, and find magic in the dark.

Looking forward to teaching Reiki Level 2 this Sunday! Great day to be inside, warming up with Reiki healing. It's going to be cold outside! Still space available 9:00-3:00pm in Minneapolis.

It is important for people who are intuitive/sensitive to understand how their sensitivities can add a different dimension to channeling Reiki energy.

Our Story

As people open to a more enlightened state, more and more are being connected to the Spirit realm whether they choose so or not. Spirit energy is everywhere and while some people want to connect, others don't want to have anything to do with it. For those who are willingly open to the energy, there is a growing need to understand and tap into a higher level of awareness, connect with their higher self, or seek guidance from a spiritual source. For others, this has stirred up quite a dilemma because the spirit world is not something they wish to take part in now or ever, yet they find themselves dealing with unwanted intuition or spiritual energies and need help with these situations.

At My Spirit Experience, the goal is for each client to have their own unique experience or helpful resolution in their interactions with spirit and the Universal energies around us.
