Wellness, Rehabilitation, and Long Term Care is the mission of Providence Place Senior Living. We provide senior care services with the human touch.

At Providence Place, we serve seniors and their families by encouraging them to thrive – by offering a variety of skilled care options and wellness-focused services and activities while empowering them to live as independently as possible. Our living options include transitional care providing rehabilitation and therapy services, long- and short-term skilled nursing care, and memory and Alzheimer’s care. We are focused on customer service and our 24/7 skilled nursing care includes a qualified, professional team consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered nursing assistants, and trained medication aides. Services we provide include physical, occupational and speech therapy, intravenous therapy, wound care, and hospice care. Providence Place is also conveniently situated across the street from Minnehaha Senior Living, our partner that provides assisted living, memory care, and enhanced care. Our well-maintained building is one of newest constructed skilled nursing communities in Minnesota. From the outdoor patio with beautiful flower garden to the contemporary and comfortable furnishings inside, Providence Place is a homelike environment that encourages socializing and making friends. Delicious and nutritionally balanced meals are served daily and include made-from-scratch items. Our approach to wellness influences everything we do. Instead of focusing only on physical wellness, we believe that all dimensions of a person are important – therefore we create activities and programs that can enhance the social, intellectual, spiritual, vocational, emotional, and physical aspects of our residents. Providence Place is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and we accept most insurance plans. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At Providence Place once a week we have FLOWER DAY! It’s the best day of the week. Dining tables get fresh bouquets, residents and staff pick up bunches of flowers while they last and the doulas bring beautiful bouquets to residents on hospice.
