For the past few years I’ve felt friction with referring to our experiences as “retreats”. I believe in the frequency our choice of words carry and I sensed this growing inner tension yet couldn’t quite put my finger on it. “Retreat”, by definition, denotes: escape, withdrawal, to shrink, to go back…

This does not resonate—Wild Hive is the antithesis, an alchemical curative practice and nature that activates expansion; therefore to: confront, brave, dare, open, and stretch.

Our essence will *always* remain ingeniously whimsical and playful—for where there is true play, there is less ego and more soul. yet, it is the unfolding of our wild reawakenings that we choose to dance madly with and deep dive into our psyches, together—as community and sacred mirrors for one another—exploring the polarities of this human experience, even [especially] when it’s uncomfortable…because our self-discovery and regeneration depend on it.

If you’ve read my book, then you have a glimpse and deeper understanding as to what is coming…
this has and will continue to be a call for anyone *ready* to not only talk about their own transformative potential, but who are also brave enough to listen and leap toward their soul’s purpose in this lifetime, as I continue surrendering to mine. And, I am now better able to be a vessel for even more care and support through what is first a *very* destructive and chaotic process.

I know and I don’t know—I am forever curious and still taking this life day by day, yet I understand that this is the beginning of our next evolution 🌀

a true hive for our wild reawakenings

Panama was (and still is) undoubtedly linked to my awakening and I share all the mystical ways in my memoir, Wild Arising [link in bio]. She has been my ashram, and I felt a deep calling to purchase 71 hectares (175 acres) of her enchanting land…

When people ask me the typical question I’ve received over all of these years, “what’s your vision?” or “what’s your plan”—my answer always remains the same:

I see, I feel, I hear…and I listen.

Mostly, I consider myself her guardian—much of her will remain protected and preserved, with the utmost honor and respect for her indigenous roots. She lives and breathes with us, as she symbiotically offers refuge—for my soul, and anyone else who will step foot on her wild and curative soil.

Along with the fact that my heart has no interest in telling her what she will become. She is much wiser and her ecosystems have existed much longer than I, or the human species for that matter. However, she does reward me with a seeing of our interwoven purpose, and how she and her non-human world intend to offer their medicine…together, this is our rise.

You are invited to follow our intentionally slow, conscious, yet destined journey, as it unfolds organically—by a divine blend of her spirit, my felt-sense, and I’m certain—many other magical creatures who will feel called to her dynamic energy—at (on Instagram)🌿

MY MEMOIR, WILD ARISING, IS NOW AVAILABLE!

It has been three+ years from when my inner voice gently alerted me that I would be writing a book—plus a massive awakening—for my story, *our* story, to spill onto these pages.

Writing kept me anchored to this planet during an intensive and extraordinary inward process that I felt thrusted into—leaving me altered forever.

More than sharing the unfolding of my unique blueprint that led to this fated and life-changing activation—this book is an awakening survival guide of sorts, and my hope is that it will support anyone going through a personal transformation of their own, big or small—they are so sacred, and if courageously honored, awakens us to our true essence, as we find our way back home…to the purpose of our soul’s embodiment in this lifetime.

I share my story with you humbly, authentically, bravely, and with so much gratitude. I am still here on Earth, to continue to help build a new world—one that I understand, know that we are capable of, and finally feel a part of. ✨

wiiiild—I thought going through a metaphoric death was disturbing, ooph, rebirth is just as ferocious.

while this image shows my arms stretched eagerly in complete surrender, trust me when I say that first comes sheer annihilation. I am super thankful for a few great friends who urged me not to “float away” 😓

as one might suspect from what we know of a physical birth, only you have a baby to show for it, an energetic or metaphoric birth of Self is no different. our body floods with contractions, rage, madness—it feels as if you were hit by a tsunami. then out of nowhere, an inner strength, or divine intervention, arrives as a catalyst to push fiercely right when you want nothing more than to give up.

(re)birth is terrifying and exhausting, but then new life emerges—softer, truer, drenched in profound purification, never the same.

I hope in cultivating a dialogue (and safe space) around these very inherent transformations—when someone does bravely share the harrowing side of any birth / beginning, physical or metaphoric—we can begin to honor, understand, and have compassion for the complexity and sacredness of our human evolution—beyond logic, its many wild, mystical forms, as well as for our fellow soul folk—who’s authentic path might look very different than yours ✨

the rise is finallyyyy here!!!
and, if it’s not—I will try to keep burning ❤️‍🔥 because I hope to be around to offer my support during your crashing awakenings (so you feel less scared and alone than I did). and, with the knowing that the deeper we submerge, the more brilliant we rise.

The word “wild” conveys mania. I’ve learned that to truly embody this often overused term, one must get to know not only the association it has with moving freely and connecting with your body and with nature but also its shadow side, its dash of insanity. The real wild is not a word at all. It is a powerful feeling that must be felt in its totality: freedom and mania. When I became truly unafraid of the depth of my primitive, maniacal wild, I surrendered to an unusual fu***ng ride.

This is not a story of looking or searching. This is a tale of listening, once and for all.

I am very clear in my purpose and the impact I want this work to have, yet as long as it aligns with those — leaving space to allow for its organic unfolding has been one of the most fulfilling parts of this journey.

Interestingly, every time change has occurred, it feels as though it’s always been that way. Right? Our big adventures, shadow work / sensuality, feminine power, dancing in a circle, mantra songs, to name a few. Intentionally leaving room for nature / the universe to do her thing has only made wild hive that much more profound. Nothing is forced. It comes into people’s lives exactly when it’s meant to. It becomes everything we did AND didn’t even know we needed.✨

…while I have a vision, I am equally here along for the wild ride.

So grateful I can continue dreaming this up, with all of you by my side. See you next week ✌️

if joy is the most vulnerable emotion, the kind of woman who can hold space for other women to feel and emote joy unabashedly embodies a dynamic mature feminine
NOT perfectly posed, poised and put together, rather real raw open messy
in touch with it all - her depths, sorrow as well as her triumphs
she’s not afraid of her power because she is supported encouraged and guided by the powerful sister alongside her
she celebrates and feels celebrated
she expresses who she is authentically so others feel safe to do the same
she sparks a fire both within and collectively, all while maintaining a sense of whimsy and play

this sisterhood is divine
this sisterhood is life-altering
our sisterhood is revolutionary

SURPRISE! Not one, not two, but three chances to experience release and play in December 🧚‍♂️
I know this time of year gets busy so mark your calendars: 12/4, 12/11 & 12/17. I’ll be working on our dance floor locations ~

These will be our last experiences before the holidays and then I am out of town working on an exciting project (check your email) for the month of January 🙌🏼 ~

The holiday season, while wonderful, can also be a tremendous source of stress — for soo many reasons. I am moving more slowly (apparently not on the dance floor 😆) and intentionally these days (as a result of this ‘brutiful’ , transformational sh*t I have been going through since May — more on that one day…) and it has allowed me to become extra sensitive and aware of…let’s just say of how the shadow sides of people come out in full swing this time of year, due to cold, distress, pressure, darkness, allll the things. So it’s extremely important to me that we continue to cultivate space to remember that there is always love, kindness, connection, joy and an outlet to let it allll out, up down and all around. ~

Can’t wait. 😘

Death ☠️ + rebirth ♻️

As a Scorpio, this transformative process is not foreign or scary to me. Uncomfortable? Yep. Necessary for growth + alignment? Absolutely. If you’ve been around me the past several months, death comes up A LOT. However, not in a morbid way (okk, maybe a few times 😬).
•
I have been reflecting on how in essence — our dance floor experience is actually intended to be a beautiful ritual of death and rebirth 🌀
•
‘Death’ is a gateway and an opportunity to renew, to evolve. The powerful music, movement + other intentional elements initiate a revealing as we shed layers of ourselves — to be reborn a little more true and whole, every.single.time. we unite.
•
We exude the light ✨ because we dance to the depth of our shadows. That’s the release we all feel SO profoundly. ‘Death and rebirth’ marks a new era each time — one that continues to align us, even in baby steps (aka turns + chugs, box steps + scuff knees), with our true nature…our W I L D 🙌🏼
•
I also say all of this realizing that I might very well be alone in this ‘death and rebirth’ process on our dance floor — dying / reborn + transmuting, while you’re all happily dancing around. Either way, that’s cool too 😆 And, I am glad you are here.

Dancing one another ‘home’ — our most important home, the one within…

Profound healing happens in *true community*, collectively, vulnerably. Not in perfect poses or dance moves, but in the creation of —safe space— where emotions + lessons, traumas + even the joys are deeply embodied. As we witness + encourage their release, we are each initiated into a self-discovery process of our own. Enlivened, enriched, supported, renewed…Wild Hive is an agent of change. damn, I love our revolutionary practice so so much. 🤍
