Good morning, everyone! Minneapolis is in for a snowy and blustery day, with a Winter Storm Warning in effect until 3 PM. Expect additional snowfall up to 2 inches, strong winds up to 45 mph, and slippery road conditions.

If you don’t have to travel, it’s best to stay cozy inside! But if you do go out, bundle up, drive carefully, and allow extra time to reach your destination. ❄️🚗

On this day in 1931, “The Star-Spangled Banner” officially became the national anthem of the United States! 🎵✨

Did you know? The lyrics come from a poem written in 1814 by Francis Scott Key after witnessing the American flag still flying over Fort McHenry during the War of 1812. It was later set to the tune of a popular British song before being officially adopted as our anthem.
