Holistic well-being encompasses mind, body, social and spirit. All aspects of our health are interconnected and function as a whole.
We will listen to some powerful, healing words, engage in reflective writing, share relaxing music and end with a restorative practice that will help create mind-body connection.
For this class, we encourage you to create comfort around you with anything that inspires ease and relaxation for you, such a candle, blanket and comfy clothes. Grab a journal and pen, with your beverage of choice. Prepare to settle in for a moment of respite, release and restoration.
