Holding my city of Minneapolis on my heart in these undercover tender time. We are going through it.

But on a personal note ā€” there has been some loss lately for me of beloved people. When I am OVERWHELMED WITH EMOTION, I turn to making art.

Slow stitch is something that holds my heart and helps me move through my emotions. It is an EMBODIED PRACTICE that supports me during challenging times.

I love sharing and teaching the art of slow stitch . I will plan to share my knowledge of slow stitch as a mindful and embodied practice through workshops this year. Stay tuned.
