The Doorway is owned and operated by a massage therapist with 20 years of experience. Our small therapeutic clinics are looking for a massage therapist who not only appreciates the art of massage but one who appreciates the wonder of physics that is the human body. If unravelling a client’s complaints to find a solution that brings them relief by using your knowledge of anatomy and a variety of massage techniques brings you joy, then this is the perfect job for you.

We are looking for a massage therapist that can work at one or both of our Minneapolis locations with a set schedule of 3-5 shifts/week. We require at least a minimum of one weekday morning, one weekday evening and one weekend shift. We have a strong emphasis on offering the best therapeutic massage in the Twin Cities. Our clinic gives you the opportunity to spend more time with the client, from the time they walk in the door until they leave. We give you a half hour between clients so that you have the necessary time to give your clients detailed advice and the extra attention they deserve.

We have taken many precautions for Covid to ensure our therapist's and client's safety including but not limited to: Hepa Grade Air Filters in each treatment room, touchless temperature taking at Covid screening, masks and so much more.

Therapists must:
*Have completed at least a 600 hour course in massage training
*Be friendly, honest, diligent, professional, prompt and dependable
*Have liability insurance
*Any additional Modalities are a plus

Benefits:
*Competitive wage ($37.50-$52/hr + tips and product commission with raises available and intended)
*Free 1 hour massage every month with longer sessions available after 1 year of employment

*$250 towards continuing education annually and increases additional $50/year
