Saturday, June 21st is International Yoga Day! Come join me at Forgotten Star Brewing for an amazing class, in an awesome space, followed by a beverage of your choice.

Class is 10 am - 11 am and the cost is $15.

I will also be teaching the following morning at the same place, same time.

Good morning Yogis! I will be teaching two classes this weekend.

Come join me at 10:00 today, Saturday, February 1st for some “snow ga” at Forgotten Star Brewing. It’s an all levels class that will be taught indoors. Coat is $15.

Then tomorrow I will be teaching at the Hindu Society of Minnesota in Maple Grove from 8:00 - 9:30. This is also an all levels class that is donation based. Please wear layers. Although it is taught indoors in tends to be chilly until you get warmed up.
