JB Strength & Wellness Helping people strive for optimal health and fitness. Training is concentrated on targeting fat loss while replacing it with lean muscle.

JB Strength and wellness is an affiliate out of Los Campeones gym in Minneapolis with Home Training available as well. Every client and their goals are different. Many trainers tend to concentrate on what necessarily worked for them, not what was necessarily good for the client. By determining specific goals and restraints of each individual to their specific needs will be the most beneficial without a doubt. The whole goal of training by JB strength and Wellness is to not only improve in the gym, but outside of it as well with everyday activities. To go along with training comes nutrition advising and planning. Nutrition is almost half the battle so its important to not neglect it. Finally, to monitor progress, measurements and body fat caliper testing will be done bi-weekly to ensure progress and that goals are being met. To learn more about training and/or nutrition. When Benjamin took over this gym it was out of date on the gym floor and the back end. Modern technology and new equipment brought Los Campeones into the 21st century.
