“A new study titled Aluminum-Adsorbed Vaccines and Chronic Diseases in Childhood by Niklas Andersson, M.D. et al is making headlines for supposedly ‘debunking’ the link between aluminum in vaccines and autism. It’s being shared all over by the mainstream media and provaccine voices alike.

The first issue is that the study didn’t compare vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children–it compared varying doses of aluminum within an overwhelmingly already vaccinated population. The so-called ‘zero aluminum’ group (15,237 kids) wasn’t truly unvaccinated; it included many who received non-aluminum shots like MMR. The authors even admit their analysis relies on random variation in aluminum exposure, not vaccinated vs. unvaccinated comparisons.” – Alec Zeck

During childbirth, the cervix naturally dilates up to 10 centimeters (4 inches) to facilitate the passage of the baby. This process, known as cervical dilation, can span several hours, or even days, as the body diligently works to open and thin the cervix.

What truly astounds is the rhythmic contraction of the uterus, which aids in dilation and guides the baby downward. Nature’s teamwork is truly unparalleled!

“Babies may not speak words, but they are always listening—and feeling. That’s why I love to share this topic with expectant parents. Because pregnancy is already parenting. And with just a few intentional practices, you can begin the most meaningful relationship of your life right now.

Talk to your baby during everyday moments: when you’re cooking, walking, or lying in bed. Tell them what you’re doing, introduce them to family members, or explain what will happen at your next prenatal appointment. This kind of communication helps your baby feel safe, welcomed, and included.” – Thabata Devecchi

Bonding with your baby begins long before birth, and research shows that connection in the womb supports healthy development, eases birth and postpartum, and deepens your intuition as a parent. This article shares five simple practices to nurture that bond now. “When women struggle to conceive, they often internalize it: ‘I’m not enough.’ When men hear that their s***m is part of the issue, it hits differently. It’s not about biology. It’s about identity. I’ve watched men go from detached to devastated the moment they realize their role in the fertility journey is deeper than they ever imagined, and that’s where the conversation needs to shift.

This isn’t about shame. It’s not about fault. It’s about invitation, an opportunity. An invitation to see that your fertility is not a test you pass or fail, it’s a mirror. A reflection of your nervous system. Your metabolism. Your adaptability. Your legacy.” – Dr. Marcia Schaefer, DC

We’ve been told male fertility is simple—but the truth is, s***m are far more than genetic material; they’re powerful messengers that reflect a man’s health, nervous system, and adaptability. With s***m counts plummeting worldwide, this article reframes fertility as an opportunity, not blame, to build vitality from the ground up.

“Such an allegiance to life has the power to elevate us far above the conflicts we may experience in life. And more than anything else, it keeps a family close together forever. And even more than this, it allows for a living intelligence to actualize within the story of our life…an intelligence that envelopes the human being—his or her education and wellness—in resilience, wonder and awe.

Freedom, celebration, and the alignment with Life’s innate intelligence are the principles which shape a new paradigm of health and well-being. And they reveal the real source of power, which has little to do with war, force, or secretive control.

It is a privilege and a source of continual inspiration to know that with my family, and with so many families today, there is together with us an entire healing profession rooted in this living legacy: Chiropractic and its science, art and philosophy.” – John Ohm

True healing and resilience comes from aligning with nature’s intelligence, reconnecting with the childlike spirit of play, and trusting the body’s innate design. This Message from the Editor is a powerful invitation to reframe health and parenting from force to freedom, and from fear to love.
