What to Expect in a Craniosacral Therapy Session 🤍
(A gentle note for those who like to know before they arrive)
Walking into a new space — especially for bodywork — can bring up questions or uncertainty. This post is here to help you know what to expect, so nothing feels rushed or surprising.
✨ When you arrive
You’ll be welcomed into a quiet, calm space designed to support rest and regulation. There’s no pressure to talk or explain anything unless you want to. We’ll move at your pace.
✨ During your session
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on practice. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the table. Touch is light and respectful, and sessions are guided by what feels safe and supportive for your body.
There is no forcing, fixing, or pushing through discomfort. You are always in control — you can ask questions, adjust, pause, or stop at any time.
✨ What you might notice
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, grounded, or calm. Others notice subtle shifts over time. There’s no “right” way to feel, and nothing is expected of you.
✨ After your session
You may feel rested, spacious, or simply more settled. I encourage gentle care afterward — water, rest, and listening to what your body needs.
✨ Most important to know
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
If your body is asking for support, that’s enough.
