Uptown Therapy MPLS I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, (LPCC ). I have an office in the heart of U My perspective on therapy is practical and effective.

I work with adolescents 14+ years and Adults, both individually and as couples. It works well with many problems: depression, anxiety and more general issues. I know the importance of identifying and focusing on the unique details of the problem area. I value the importance of the collaborative process. I want to hear you and I want to assist you to be able to engage your problem on its fundamental level and I have experience doing just that. Collaboration and focus with a prioritization directed toward change. Therapy is not always easy but it should be an "effort-reduced" movement that can be very rewarding.
