After years of personal practice, I became drawn to the notion of sharing yoga with others. I received my 230-hour training with Radiant Life Yoga and am Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified with an additional 250 hours of training. Having studied a variety of yoga styles throughout the years, including Ashtanga and Iyengar, my true passion unfolds during Vinyasa and Restorative practices. I believe th

at the body needs an active practice, but also moderate and restorative, nurturing work. I am grateful for the many things yoga has brought to my life and want to share the benefits with others. Asana offers time to quiet the mind and strengthen the body, bringing mental, emotional and physical well-being. Classes focus on alignment as an integral element, along with pranayama (breath work) and the bandhas. By sharing the 8-limbed path of yoga, I hope to help students open a door to their inner wisdom.
