We have three Wellness updates this week!

On Wednesday, there will be a Wellness lunch. There will be a presentation on the topic of Intermittent Fasting at 12:30 in room 235. The presentation will be given by Luke Corey from EXOS.

Chase from Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers has his monthly office hours this Thursday (the 20th) in room 457. He will be here from noon to 3 pm. Chase is here to meet with students, identify wellness resources available to them, and to provide a safe space where students can come and ask questions or for help. LCL provides free, confidential services to lawyers, judges and law students related to mental health, substance use, or other health or life challenges.

Additionally on Thursday we will be hosting our first Weekly Walking event. We will meet outside the library on the second floor to take a walk through the skyway. We will be back before 1:30 classes. This will be a great way to break up the day with light exercise and to meet some new people.
