Join me this Saturday for a free Online Community Art, Breath work, and Nervous System support class.

Life in Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding is still pretty stressful, and with art, comes light.

So take a little time to nourish yourself.

You’ll learn somatic nervous system practices, breath work techniques and we’ll work on a hope-collage.

It will be super casual and you can do it in your Jammie’s if you like. 😊

Bring with you….

Glue stick or Rubber Cement
A surface to stick to. Card stock, paper, cardboard, foam core, a wood block. What ever speaks to you.

You could also bring:
Stamps and Ink
Punch Stamps
Decorative paper
Glitter
Glitter glue

The world is really fu***ng hard right now. Especially in Minneapolis, and our surrounding cities of Minnesota.

If you’re an empath, an intuitive, an HSP, or neurodivergent- this is extra hard on our bodies. So be really gentle with yourself and really nourish yourself.

Here are 10 Things I did today to nourish my nervous system…maybe this list helps you?

I went for a walk.
Filled up a little free library.
Gave lots of doggy belly scratches.
Spent time in my city of Minneapolis.
Went to a local book store.
Spent time writing.
Spent time with my art.
Practiced yoga.
Hung from the monkey bars.
Strength trained.
