"Symptoms of CHS typically come on several years after the start of chronic ma*****na use. But not everyone who uses ma*****na long-term experiences CHS.

Common symptoms of cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome include:

Persistent nausea — often in the morning.
Repeated vomiting and retching (making the sound and movement of vomiting). This can happen up to five times an hour.
Intense abdominal discomfort or pain."

Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) happens when you have cycles of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain from long-term cannabis (ma*****na) use.

Trouble sleeping? Try to avoid consuming alcohol 3-4 hours before you go to sleep.

"After an evening of drinking, the theory is that GABA dominates the first half of the night, allowing us to fall asleep (and deeply!). But once GABA is metabolized, much of it becomes the excitatory glutamate. And it's in glutamate-releasing brain regions like the reticular activating system (which partially modulates sleep/wake and arousal) where the midnight disruptions kick in."
