Lift heavy things fast AKA Dynamic effort method!

Our aim for the athlete is to be able to produce force rapidly aka rate of force development!

TESTING

One of the important factors in performance training is testing.

This is when we can track each athletes overall performance in regards to speed, agility and strength.

Which take great care in individualizing each athletes specific needs to maximizing their own performances.

We have our mesocycle and macrocycle periodization models which helps us keep track of each of athletes performances from a month to 1 year of training.
