No experience necessary. Join us online as we dive into the realms of consciousness, exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Embarking on a journey to nourish our mental and emotional wellness by discovering your medicine tools with a shamanic drum journey. The intention of this journey is to ask your spiritual entourage (yes you all have an entourage of spirit helpers), who or what are the medicines that will help and aid you on your healing journey. Examples of medicines can be candles, crystals, pets (familiars), special tea blends, singing, and to***co. The idea is that you will be able to call on these medicines during your prayer and gratitude work or to call on them when things are particularly stressful or emotional.
We will start with a grounding meditation, go into the drum journey and end with time for participants to share and process their experience. As I strive to create a trauma informed space, cameras on are not required nor is sharing. If you would like to process your experience privately, email me so we can arrange a short session.
