Welcome to the first day of spring! If you are like us here in Minnesota, spring could not have come any sooner. We look forward to longer days and beautiful colors!

During the darker days of winter, it can often be tough to start projects around the house and at work. Spring is the ideal time for new beginnings such as clearing away the clutter, planning a garage sale, or painting your space, because you are now being supported by the energies of rebirth coming in with spring.

It’s also time to listen to Paul Scheele’s “Spring” meditation from "Sonic Access Four Seasons." This meditation will help you renew and invigorate every cell of your body. It’s the absolute perfect way to get the spring season started!

Listen several times in the next couple of weeks and throughout the season. And it’s good to know that when you return to the meditation, you continue growing further and deeper in your relationship with the presence working through you.
