𝗗𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗺'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 was used for the 'Tele Tai Chi' research program by the TechSAge Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (USA).

Tai Chi for Arthritis was chosen because it is an evidence-based program that includes many proven benefits, including falls prevention, decreases in pain, increases in strength, and improvements in balance.

I have an amazing opportunity to go to Sydney, Australia for training to become a Master Trainer in the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention form in January.
I decided to start a GoFundMe last month to offset some of the costs. A big one to consider is that I don’t have PTO (paid vacation). If you are able to help get me closer to my goal, your donation would be deeply appreciated. This experience will be life changing for me! There is another way that you can support me on my Tai Chi journey to Australia instead of or in addition to GoFundMe. Consider becoming a plasma donor at BioLife. Not only will you help me by letting BioLife know that I referred you at your first appointment (I get a little bonus for each referral)…but you will also get paid and you will be helping so many people with rare or chronic diseases who rely on plasma therapy.
I give plasma twice a week as often as I can. My advice for the best experience is to drink plenty of water, especially in the hours before you donate. This helps plump up the veins making the process easier and quicker for you and the technicians.
You also want to have a healthy diet keeping your protein and iron levels up.
