Non-ionizing radiation is harmful; the closer, the worse. The impact on health is all about how much, how often, duration, and how close to the body. We are made of water and minerals. We hold a charge--like a human battery. Our heart has a measurable signal 3 feet out. Our brains and nerve cells, all our cells communicate w signal. Our lymph is showing signs of not working properly w emf signal all night. Reseach has shown since the 70s that living under large electrical lines causes cancer. There are links to cancer, infertility, sleeplessness, chronic inflammation, cardiac issues from directed electricity, living near or under large power lines, and from directed microwaves--non-ionizing emf. Before cells become diseased, they stop being able to hold a charge and communicate--in effect they become dead batteries. There are various causes, and overexposure to electro-magnetic signal is having a big impact. Turn off phones, computers, and wifi routers at night or when not in use. Get a wireless land line phone for emergencies or put all phones far away when sleeping. Use a battery alarm clock. Move away from cell towers. Legislate how near cell towers can be to homes, hospitals, schools. Walk barefoot a few mins each day outside to clear and ground your signal, get rid of headaches, stress, anxiety from emf. Stay well. Give your body deep sleep, rest, and a break from emf.

Going barefoot grounds and resets the body's electrical field. We hold electrical charge. We can be shocked or electrocuted. First responders shock our hearts when they stop beating. Going barefoot few mins each day can cure emf-caused headaches, sleeplessness, anxiety, brain fog, illness from all our wireless devices. Turn off smart phones and internet at night. Move away from cell towers until the communications companies and govts catch up w the research.

Let there be light! The health power and importance of getting direct sunlight is crucial to health now more than ever, especially exposure in the morning. The more blue light and emf you receive on your devices, the more you need the sun. What is it important for? Everything. Sunlight feeds us mentally, physically, and spiritually. Signs you need less device time, less indoor time and more sunlight include the following: low Testosterone in males, poor sleep, brain fog, low energy, arthritis, ADHD, ADD, MS, Autism, Dementia, Fertility issues, anxiety, depression, thyroid issues, slow healing, chronic fatigue, Cancer, heart ailments, heart disease, women's cycles and health.
