Let there be light! The health power and importance of getting direct sunlight is crucial to health now more than ever, especially exposure in the morning. The more blue light and emf you receive on your devices, the more you need the sun. What is it important for? Everything. Sunlight feeds us mentally, physically, and spiritually.
