Are you highly organized, compassionate, and ready to lead in a meaningful, fast-paced environment? One Twelve in Minnetonka is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to support the daily operations of our residential substance use disorder (SUD) program and help guide clients on their recovery journey.
Our specialty is providing care grounded in 12-step recovery principles, and we’re looking for someone who not only respects that philosophy but embodies it in their leadership and client interactions.

Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: TBD/year
Benefits: PTO accrued per Minnesota state guidelines

🧠What You’ll Do:
Daily Responsibilities:
• Chart client progress every 2 hours and complete end-of-shift reports
• Administer and document client medications
• Breathalyze clients in the morning and upon return to the facility
• Manage sign-in/out logs and daily whiteboard updates
• Ensure completion of chores and participation in daily group activities
• Follow up with clients about engagement and communication with counselors
• Track UA results, DAANES completions, and medication changes
• Maintain communication with external providers (e.g., Kai Shin Clinic)
• Answer and route phone calls to clinical staff
• Record appointments and scan after-visit summaries into Procentive
Weekly/Monthly Tasks:
• Conduct morning rounds and chart client readiness
• Oversee Cub and Aldi grocery runs and order supplies
• Maintain updated medication sheets and organize monthly records
• Email weekly client roster and manage progress notes and documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for 12-step recovery and a commitment to supporting clients through that lens
• Experience in residential SUD or behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with Procentive or similar EHR systems is a plus
• A dependable, team-oriented individual who leads with compassion and integrity
