What to expect at the Breathe-Freedom from Ni****ne session:
There are three parts to the Breathe – Freedom from Ni****ne program. It takes just 60 minutes.
First, we will spend about 13 minutes discussing the biochemistry of addiction, explain just how Breathe therapy works, and then show why we are so much more successful than other quit methods.
Next, we spend about 17 minutes using a low intensity medical laser on a number of points on the hands, wrists and the side of the head. There will be no pain and no disrobing. In fact, most clients find Breathe laser therapy extremely relaxing. The laser therapy will help your cravings decrease quickly and minimize any withdrawal symptoms.
Lastly, we will spend the remainder of the hour reviewing a handful of very simple, but very effective, tips and techniques that will help you to break the habit – the psychological component of the addiction.
Breathe – Freedom from Ni****ne is the only ni****ne cessation method (that we know of) that addresses all the facets of the addiction. Unlike what happens when you attempt to quit with other methods, most of our clients report few, if any, of the normal ni****ne withdrawal symptoms (headaches, nausea, irritability/moodiness, trouble sleeping or spikes in appetite) due to the positive effects of the laser therapy. And if you are less miserable, it is much easier to quit. The lasers also aid in dramatically decreasing the frequency, duration and intensity of the cravings – versus the other quit methods.
