We provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community.

Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN. We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services i

nclude Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Emma’s Paintings Take the Spotlight 🎨
For Emma, art is more than paint on a canvas. It’s a way to process grief, express emotion, and share her story with the world. After turning to painting as an emotional outlet, Emma has created over 1,000 pieces and is now preparing to showcase her work publicly for the very first time at Mainstreet Day Arts & Craft Fair on May 16.
