A empowering people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN.

We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services include Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Reach in Motion is a transportation service that enables individuals to use waiver or county funds to cover Lyft rides through a Lyft Pass arranged by Reach for Resources’ Transportation Manager. Once your Lyft Pass is set up, you’ll have the freedom to use it for rides anywhere you need to go. All ride expenses are charged directly to your waiver or county funds, making transportation easier and more accessible.
