A empowering people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN.

We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services include Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Trail by Reach provides safe, reliable transportation for adults with developmental disabilities living in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Golden Valley, St. Louis Park, and Richfield. Transportation is available to Reach and Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange (AR&LE) recreation, leisure, and educational programs held within these cities.

We partner with Metro Mobility and coordinate all ride details to ensure timely, dependable service. Our drivers offer door-to-door service, safely escorting riders from home to their program and back. Riders receive a phone call with their pick-up time at least one day before the program.

Meet Tiffany, a powerhouse of positivity, perseverance, and joy. With 37 years in gymnastics, hundreds of medals including 10 golds, and the honor of representing Team USA at the Special Olympics World Games in Germany, Tiffany’s life is truly in motion.

Beyond the gym, Tiffany is a Special Olympics Global Messenger, a proud employee at Mini Hops Gymnastics, an avid traveler, a devoted family member, and a passionate volunteer. With support from Reach for Resources, she continues to build confidence, independence, and community.
