We provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community.

Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN. We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services include Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Go places with Reach in Motion! 🚗
Reach in Motion makes getting around easier, more flexible, and stress-free. This transportation service lets you use your waiver or county funds to pay for Lyft rides through a Lyft Pass set up by Reach for Resources’ Transportation Manager. Once you’re enrolled, you’ve got the freedom to request rides wherever life takes you: appointments, errands, social plans, you name it. Best part? Ride costs are billed directly to your waiver or county funds, so there’s no hassle.

WOW, what an afternoon! Thank you for making our Bowl-A-Thon on March 7 at AMF Bowling Co. one of the largest and most well‑attended Bowl‑A‑Thons we have ever had! 🎳💙

Whether you bowled, volunteered, sponsored, donated, or cheered from the sidelines, you showed up in a big way. The lanes were full, the energy was high, and the community spirit was incredible. We truly could not have done this without our amazing bowlers and volunteers. You made this event unforgettable! 🎉
