🍗 If your chicken always turns out dry… try this.

A simple saltwater brine completely changes the game. Even just 20 minutes can make your chicken so much more tender, juicy, and actually enjoyable to eat.

Here’s what we’re doing:
→ 4 cups water + 1/4 cup sea salt
→ soak for 20 minutes (or longer if you have time)
→ bake at 450° for 18–22 minutes

That’s it. Simple, nourishing, and makes meal prep feel a whole lot easier.

Little shifts like this help you stay consistent with getting protein in without overthinking it.
