Get ready for a magical show in the night sky! Just after sunset, gaze toward the southwest and you’ll spot the slender crescent Moon drifting close to brilliant Jupiter — the king of the planets.

My Happy Yoga Journey

My wellness journey began 25 years ago as a personal trainer/group fitness instructor. I was introduced to yoga 18 years ago and realized the benefits of movement and breath. I started teaching yoga in a gym setting, but soon realized that some pieces were missing. After completing the Yoga Alliance 200hr certification in 2015, my yoga journey changed. I love sharing all the pieces that “Yoga” has to offer. My yoga home now is at Nurture The Journey Wellness Studio in Minooka, IL. I teach group classes and private yoga. I also offer corporate classes along with 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings.
