The clocks may change overnight, but your body sometimes can take a little longer to adjust. ⏰

Losing just one hour of sleep can affect mood, focus, and energy levels for a few days. If you’re feeling a little off this week, please know you’re not alone.

A few simple ways to help your mind and body adjust:

• Try to get in the morning sunlight
• Stick to your regular sleep routine as much as possible
• Stay hydrated
• Give yourself a little extra patience while your body adjusts
