The holiday season can bring many happy and loving moments, but it can also come with added stress, pressure, and overwhelming and mixed feelings. Please know you are not alone.

Stress is a normal part of life. However, stress should not control your life or take the joy out of the holiday celebrations. With the right coping tools and support, you can manage it in healthy, empowering ways.

Our favorite holiday helpers (yes — even the elf dogs!) want to remind you:
You don’t have to push through the nonstop of the holidays. Taking breaks and using your coping tools is healthy. 💚
