After school meltdowns. 😡

School is in session, and our kids are spending all day learning and keeping their behavior in check. At the end of the day, it’s not uncommon for them to let out their emotions in an environment where they feel unconditionally supported.

How to help prevent after school restraint collapse:
1. Connect with a hug
2. Engage in a relaxing activity (walk, bike ride, listening to music, or chilling on the couch)
3. Have a snack on hand
