•I’m a nutritionist, so if you need any guidance on meal planning, dietary changes for medical conditions or weight loss I’m here for you! I make custom meal prep & create personalized written meal plans for those wanting to grocery shop on their own while following a meal plan.

•I also have a degree in kinesiology for those looking for their dietary plan to meet their physical fitness goals as well💚

New family meal prep menu & a way to donate back to our community by letting me cook a meal for the warming center in Minot. I will be making large trays of spaghetti with homemade meat sauce AT COST ($12) for you to donate to Project Bee. If you’re not local you can donate & I’ll happily deliver to them. If local, you can pick up from my home on north hill or we can pick a date together on their schedule that I can deliver for you to the center.

I only have availability for one or two more orders with this menu that will be for pick up or delivery on Tuesday the 22nd. (If it’s one item I may be able to squeeze in the 23rd). Everything else will be put for pick up or delivery on Monday the 21st due to having limited space.
