Today is the last day Shelli and Jen will be seeing patients in the South Broadway location. We are excited to get our new spot up and running but sad to leave the spot we have called home for the past three years.

We will be getting our phones set up in the new location on Monday the 21st. Until then leave us a message and even through the move we will be checking these.

MED REFILLS can be sent to Jen through messaging the portal or through your pharmacy.

MEDICAL RECORDS FOR DARCY can still be accessed through us but please call to set up a time to grab them from the new location as we will be in and out the first few days getting things going.

REMEMBER the new address is 7 3rd ST SE STE 110. This is in the Renaissance Center that is attached to the south side of Ebeneezers. THIS IS NOT LOCATED IN THE BRICKS BUIOLDING.

WE ARE CHANGING LOCATIONS AS OF MAY
1ST!!!!!!!

We will be located at #7 3rd Street NE Suite 110. This is in the Rennaissance Center directly behind Ebeneezer's.

WITH THAT BEING SAID........ Shelli and Jen will be in and out of the office from April 21st until April 30th. We will be checking messages periodically during the move. After that you can find us at our new location. All your appointments will remain the same and hopefully we can make this change without too much confusion for our patients.

Thank you all for helping us make 2024 amazing, we couldn't do it with out you! We are excited to see what 2025 brings!

Our Office will be closed on Wednesday January 1st so that our staff can spend the holiday with their family and friends.
We will re-open on Thursday January 2nd at 8am.

I am accepting new patients for Medical Ma*****na and will soon be accepting patients for primary care.
