Our parking lot will be CLOSED July 10th and 11th for some much needed repairs. You may park on the street, in the Community ED parking lot next door, or across the street.

SRT is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

Our office will be closed December 23-25th. We will have limited staff in the office on the 26th and 27th. We are also closed on the 31st and 1st.

Please check your medications, and get your refill requests in by Friday. We will not be able to fill any next week.

As always if there is an emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Our office will be closed Thursday November 28th and November 29th to allow for our providers and staff to spend time with their families.

We are aware of a letter that went out from Blue Cross Blue Shield regarding Dr. Eaton. We are in contact with BCBS about it. Please know that this only affects Dr. Timothy Eaton, and no other providers in our building.
